Dive Deeply into Tantric Touch
Our follow up private Tantra workshop
A well attuned touch can be deeply relaxing and connecting. It opens up the possibility of surrender: a state in which you relax completely, while you stay aware. In this conscious openness, a lot of energy may start to flow trough your body. And that usually is very, very pleasant.
I believe we all long for this wonderful state of being, in which you may feel deeply connected with life and with yourself. And, as a result of that, with your beloved as well.
There may also be all kinds of good reasons why you don’t always experience this magic possibility of touch. Because touch can also feel automatic, fleeting or absent-minded. That is painful, and a good reason for some lovers to avoid touch for a period.
We think this workshop is interesting for couples who greatly enjoy touch, as well as for those who have a somewhat troubled relationship with it. Either way, it’s good to broaden your toolbox!

Maintenance feels good
My partner and I have been lucky to have been able to learn from our teachers for many years. Back then, we didn’t start a family yet. We were free as a bird. Now, we wouldn’t be able to do a week long retreat together anymore; because of our son and our flourishing businesses.
We’re not alone in this. And that is exactly why we started with teaching Tantra privately. We take you on a connecting adventure, scheduled to your agenda. We often hear that those 3 hours with one of our teachers, feel like a holiday. Hopefully that was also your experience, when you were with us for your first Tantra workshop.
Whether you have managed to keep your practice alive at home or not: you are very welcome again. If you have been in a wonderful flow since your last workshop, we can help you enjoy it even more. An important skill in this fast-paced world, because we are sometimes inclined to take ‘good’ for granted, and quickly move on to the next thing on our list.
And we are also there for you, if the connection between you feels thin or itchy. Our counselors are all highly experienced therapists, coaches or psychologists. We will guide you firmly and lovingly into a meeting in which you can see each other with fresh eyes again. The whole world looks brighter, when the love between you flows freely.

Martine | The Power of Touch

Irene | Melting Together
‘As a haptotherapist, I teach you to connect with your body through touch. This way you’ll learn to feel your boundaries and to recognise and express your emotions. In a Tantric setting, touch invites you to let go and melt. Sometimes the boundary between giving and receiving disappears. A Tantric massage is like a slow, sensual dance where there is space for all your feelings. To me, this feels like coming home.’ In Amelisweerd (close to Utrecht)
Laura | Desires and Boundaries
‘To me, touch is a way to connect deeply to my body and enjoy its sensitivity. On the condition that I can touch and be touched in a way that is really attuned to me and my partner. Often enough, there are assumptions or expectations that put pressure on touch, or create insecurities. Then it becomes difficult to relax and enjoy the wonderful sensations. As a trauma therapist, I also pay attention to what gets in the way of touch; fears or unpleasant memories. In this session you will explore this possibility together. Sometimes, in longer relationships, I see that touch has become burdened. With experiences of rejection, unfulfilled desires, clumsiness, disharmony… Sometimes this creates a lot of tension in touch, or it ultimately feels more comfortable to avoid it at all. You can use this recording to practice relaxing your breathing. A deeper breath is an amazing tool to allow the sensations of touch more fully. Very helpful for your next session!

Frequently asked questions about our follow up session:
Of course, in a long-term relationship there will be periods in which things get difficult. That is part of any good relationship. Hopefully there is also enough love and willingness to move through this together. We are happy to help you with that. All our Tantra guides have great therapeutic skills, and the capacity to guide you firmly and lovingly.
If touch feels so far away that you actually do not want it, we first ask you not to force yourself during this session. We would like to know that in advance. And still: this session can about touch. We will use a powerful practice in which you can do an in-depth investigation into the good reasons for not wanting to touch of be touched. This usually creates much more understanding and relaxation.
Because, usually, the reason for this blockage does not lie in this relationship. Your partner is probably triggering an old wound, which was there already long before you met. It can be very opening and connecting to get to know each other better in this.
A note: although we are mostly qualified therapists/psychologists or coaches, this is not a therapy session. In Tantra we want to get to know ourselves, our partner, and life itself better. And so, we are not working towards a specific goal, as therapy does. That does not mean that the healing effects of this session can not be quite strong.
Yes! Experience shows that there is always something new to discover. Tantra offers many different techniques, that you can use to approach Touch from a different angle than usual.
You can use your great love of touch to open up to a new way of experiencing it. Very helpful!
